I am never positive of where to start a semester as I am not sure of the classes experience with computers. . .However, I do know that there are always the same questions that come up during the course of the semester. Rather than trying to answer them as we go I thought it might be a good idea to get them to you up front and, at the same time, give you an idea of where to find the answers should you need to lool for the answers later on. So here is our first assignment. . .Moode, Wiki, & G-Mail Scavenger Hunt.
Creating an Answer DocumentMany of you have used Microsoft Word to complete assignments in your classes. You will need to create an answer sheet for your answers to the Class Moodle, Wiki, & G-Mail Scavenger Hunt. Here our the required elements for your answer sheet:
  • 1" Margins (Page Layout, margins)
  • Header (Insert, Header) with your Name (tab) Hour (tab) Date
  • Times font, size 12
  • Center the title "Class Moodle, Wiki, & G-Mail Scavenger Hunt"
  • Number the answers using auto-numbering
  • Save the document to your Software & Internet folder on the H: drive. Save As: Class Moodle, Wiki, & G-Mail Scavenger Hunt

The Project - Class Moodle, Wiki, & G-mail Scavenger HuntBefore you get started on the project, here are a couple of hints:
  • Take your time
  • You don't need to write complete sentences for your answers
  • DO worry about spelling
  • Do make sure you have auto-numbering on
  • Ask for help from those sitting around you and/or from me
  • Save your work to your Software & Internet folder on the H: drive every 5-10 minutes
  • To easily toggle (switch between) you answer document and the questions use the Alt button & press the Tab button

When you finish go back to the sample answer documant and double-check to make sure that you have all the needed basics.
